Seasonal rental option for $3,300 per season for one camp site. Campground operating season is from April 15th to October 15th. A $250 discount is applied if paid in full by May 1st. If paying in installments, the required payment schedule is $1,100 by May 1, $1,100 by June 1, and $1,100 by July 1

Notes to seasonal campers:
An additional $200 fee will be added to the season rate for any site that has an enclosed deck.
For returning campers, a deposit of $250 is required on your site for the next year. Deposit due at closing date of October 15. Returning campers will receive a credit of $250 for next season.
For new seasonal campers, a security deposit of $300 will be required. Security deposits are refundable when you pull your RV out assuming the campsite is clean, all items such as decks, etc. have been removed, and site infrastructure is undamaged.
All accounts for seasonal customers must be paid in full by July 1. For accounts not paid in full by July 1, a late fee of $25 per day will be assessed until the account is paid in full.
